When I first began to convert my way of eating to a whole-foods, traditional diet I was absolutely overwhelemed with where to begin. I wrote this book for those of you who are struggling with your diet, wanting to make a change, but really unsure about how that looks on a day-to-day basis. If you’re like me, you don’t have time to spent hours and hours slaving over the stove or meal plans.
I spent a lot of time putting together recipes that would suite our young family’s taste. At the time, I was a working Mom and needed meals that could be put together quickly and without much fuss. I enjoying whisking together a culinary masterpiece as much as the next home cook, but I enjoy having a steady supply of high-quality, simple foods more. So that’s what my goal became: traditionally prepare whole-food dishes for every meal, every day.
