Seeing this video made me want to sell the one acre plot we have, buy some land in the mountains and build lots of pottager gardens!

Such a Loved Life! And such good work for body, spirit and heart.
And my husband and I are so enjoying your two books, Welcome to the Farm < – – – xoxoxox and From Scratch (so good / practical and delicious recipes).
I have been wondering how to landscape the front of our house . . and now, there's a bee in my bonnet to create a Potager Garden. The lay of the land (this particular region in front of this Colonial) could use some low stone walls and pathways to bless the entrance. Thanks to your farm tour I can see herbs, flowers, vegetables, lilac trees, and climbing vines right off the front porch. The main garden can stay inside the orchard fence. ah, sweet savory herbs only a few steps away. Borders of fresh ingredients. I'll be dashing out to fetch sprigs for the table by next summer. Hello woodruff! Hello basil. Fresh borage tea, anyone?
Great tour. So gracious to invite us all in! Oh, and thanks for keeping it real.

I’ve watched this video every day since they’ve posted it.
Please do more videos! I’d love to see more of your chicken coop and garden up close.

Hi Shaye,
I have watched this video so many times. Your house is amazing, as is your story.
You and I recently had an email interaction too! My fiance got to deal with all the excitement that came after you responded .
But one thing I just can’t get over is how beautiful the breakfast you have in this video is. The eggs with tomato and basil, and i have yet to be able to perfect this dish. I have tried! (one of your post inspired me to try soft boiled eggs — just sliced in half in all it runny yolk goodness but I want to expand my breakfast menu– never really was a breakfast person and i have learned that this is a poor poor choice)
Would you ever consider sharing the recipe with everyone?
I would be exceedingly interested in that! But until then (if ever– I know you will keep some for yourself and thats 100% fair!) I will study this video until I get it! haha
Lots of love from Canada!
