Though it sounds particularly cliche to say something like “We only get to live once!”, with regard to our health, it’s certainly something worth considering. Amongst the unknowns that plague our day to day life, a few variables are within our grasp and worth exploring. Because, turns out, we only live once.
Though there is no magic bullet or fool-proof plan, in this season’s issue, I’ve put together a few points of wellness that I hope you’ll consider. They’ve been designed to help you step gently in a new way a life – a way that is seeped in appreciation for our bodies and what they’re able to gift to us in their daily functions by feeding them well, treating them well, eliminating toxic input, and exploring “baseline” health for day to day performance.
If that sounds too fancy, let me simplify: I’m going to give you some pointers to feel good and function well.
Even a 5 degree directional shift will dramatically change where you end up in the next month… year… or ten years. What’s one “directional shift” you could stand to make? Breathe fresh air? Stress less? Clean toxins from your home? Sleep a bit more?
I invite you to take the information in this issue and use it to set your new direction. I know I will.
May you be well,
Shaye
