I love finding great companies like this - companies who care about their environmental impact and what that will mean for our future. I see so many correlations between this 'eco-friendly' lifestyle and that of us homesteaders. After all, isn't it the homesteaders mantra to 'waste not, want not'? Or 'use it up, wear it out, make it do, or do without'? Or 'buy it once, buy it right'? As a homesteader, I HAVE to think about our environmental impact because it directly affects the products we grow on this land. If I don't properly care for my pasture land, it will fail to thrive. If I drench my weeds and lawn in chemicals, my animals feel the immediate affect. Working with nature is a gentle balance - a dance.
