Thank you for sharing your video, very cool ! Hatching and raising chicks is fun, I’ve done this several times myself. I am working on taking care of older hens so I can have space for new stock, it’s time. If you think about possibly selling fertile eggs and shipping them I am wondering what cost would be, as I’ve not done that before.
God has blessed us with being able to sell our current chickens eggs at Country Organics store in Redding, Ca, it’s neat to have that outlet.

did you keep them in the house until they had feathers? we want to hatch some right away but its really cold and they wouldnt survive in the coop so we would need to keep them in the house a while

It’s a duck egg thing. I don’t even bother trying to see mine. I let them hatch this year on their own and I won’t do that again. I don’t have enough ducks to lose that much egg production. Lesson learned!
