Hi – I’m reading Welcome to the Farm and enjoying it, and thought I’d check out your blog. I don’t usually watch You Tube but I couldn’t resist your story of the house almost burning down – what an amazing piece of luck that your house didn’t blow up.
I’ve just finished writing a memoir of the years my own family lived in the country – in our case without running water or electricity for much of the time – and I’m reminiscing of all the things that went wrong on our farm. Amazing. Thanks for sharing.
