Went over your method of popping corn, but id love more details! I’ve never heard to turn the pan down once the kernels are in (I’m usually making 1/3c, much less than what you made there) and it can be such a tasty Snack but so easily ruined or just blah when it gets a bit burnt. So if your method works for smaller sizes and you’ve used it for a good while, I’d love to see a brief video on it! Thanks!
I’m not sure of her method but we do the same thing every time and it works great (usually making 1/2 c) oil in pot with lid on med heat with four popcorn kernels in it. Wait until they pop and have the rest measured out and ready to dump in. When all four pop turn off heat and dump the rest in, wait 30 seconds and turn heat back on to med/low and wait for the popping to slow/stop!

Made this last night for a potluck & it turned out AMAZING!! And it was pretty dang easy. Definitely adding it to the repertoire of extra special sweet treats!
I even saved some of the caramel for adding to our coffee this morning. Delish!
