I've known how to make Italian Panna Cotta for a long while now (I'm getting old ya know), but when in Sicily, Chef Martina of Signum taught me to make it in a slightly new way – with sweet almonds. What we're making today is sweet almond Panna Cotta – the creamy and almondey (great word choice there Shaye) dessert that Italian dreams are made of.
I don't often lose control when consuming sweets – in fact, it's a point of pride for me that I am often able to say no to the tempting sweets that surround this time of year. But with sweet almond Panna Cotta? I have no hope. I could (and will) eat this entire thing by myself.
I'm telling you: learn to make this and an entire new world of dessert possibilities will open to you!

I’m so disappointed. I watched the whole video and didn’t get the recipe. I think I caught what you said for the milk and corn starch but not for the honey. I listened twice. The actual recipe would be delightful.
