We can often think of winter as a baron land that we wander this time of year - separating us from the harvest of fall and the bounty of summer. In reality, winter food - both cooking and eating - provides us homecooks (and home-eaters) with an opportunity to enjoy a category of food that is as exciting and delicious as it’s sunny counterpart.
